8.21.1 As I elaborated in chapter 6 on time and community formation, I believe it is essential to become conscious how our information flow is connected to time. In other words, how much time we spend on certain data and how much time and attention is devoted to data we carry determines the value of the data and transforms it into valuable information and knowledge when connected to a person who carries it along with other links they have assembled. Visualising this becomes helpful for community formation as well as for development of effective knowledge networking and exchange. In the following chapter, I will elaborate on projects that are envisioned using the Information Personae mobile agent system, including the Y2K project: Building a Community of People with No Time.
