The Globus project maintains two testbeds to support technology research and application experiments:

The GUSTO testbed has been created by a set of partners that we call the Globus Ubiquitous Supercomputing Testbed Organization (GUSTO).  GUSTO links around 40 sites, provides over 2.5 TFLOPS of compute power, and represents one of the largest computational environments ever constructed.  Follow these links to view various aspects of current GUSTO status:

The Globus QoS testbed supports quality-of-service experiments and is layered on top of CAIRN, an experimental network primarily sponsored by the Information Technology Office of DARPA.
